Delivery
The products are shipped from France to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Delivery times
Metropolitan France: 3 to 7 business days
Europe: 5 to 10 business days
International: 7 to 15 business days

Delivery costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the weight, volume, and destination of your order. These costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated during promotions or special offers.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number.

Partial delivery
If some items in your order are not immediately available, we can ship the products to you in installments, at no extra cost, or wait until they are fully available, according to your preference.
Refunds and exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, please return it and I will refund your payment I accept returns if contacted within 48 hours of delivery. Jewelry must be unworn or damaged when returned and sent in the same packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, including insurance and delivery confirmation. Packaging
Each item you purchase will be placed in a designer box with a logo"Sirena "on top of the box. The jewelry box is then placed in sufficient padding tokeep your purchase safe during shipping.
