If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) to us.

You have a maximum of 48 hours from the date of delivery to submit a return request by email.

All jewelry must be returned in perfect condition: unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging, together with the order information. Atelier Sirena reserves the right to refuse any return and cancel any refund if these conditions are not met.

Any item returned damaged, worn, soiled, altered, or otherwise unsuitable for resale will be refused and may be returned to the customer.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our creations, custom-made and personalized orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

If you wish to exchange an item, simply return it for a refund or store credit and place a new order through our website.

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery.

• All return requests must be submitted by email before shipping the item back.

• Jewelry must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Returned parcels remain the customer's responsibility until received by Atelier Sirena.

• Any return that does not comply with these conditions may be refused without refund.

Exceptions

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

• Jewelry showing signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.

The refund will be issued using the original payment method as quickly as possible.

How to Return an Item

1. Submit your return request by email

2. Return request confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours.

3. Ship the items back

Return the items in their original packaging and include a note with your name and order number.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
